Many brokers.One true ledger

Every trade across all your brokers and both depositories, checked against its contract note and statement, and merged into one capital-gains computation for the year. Brokers can offer it inside their own app; you can start with the documents you already get.

  • Settled matched to the depository statement, T+1
  • Differs the sources disagree; both figures are kept

Every line links to the document it came from.

Each broker sees its own book. You hold more than one.

TradeKhosha is not a broker, and does not want to be one. Your trades, money and accounts stay where they are. TradeKhosha puts them together and checks them, which no single broker can do.

  • Your other brokers

Holdings and gains across every broker you use, not just the one whose app you opened.

  • Both depositories

Settlement checked against CDSL and NSDL statements, demat account by demat account.

  • Assets held elsewhere

Mutual funds and other holdings outside your broker, in the same view.

  • One tax computation

One capital-gains computation for the year, merged across brokers, instead of one per broker.

  • AIS, TIS and Form 26AS

Your trades checked against what the Income Tax Department holds for you, with each difference named.

  • Differences between sources

A trade your broker reported and your depository did not, found and shown with both figures.

From the documents you already get

No broker login is needed. Every Indian broker emails a contract note for each day you trade, and every demat account gets a depository statement. That is enough.

  1. Bring your documents

Forward your contract notes by email, or upload a depository statement (CAS) or a tradebook. TradeKhosha is complete on documents alone.

  2. Link a broker, if you want to

Only through the broker's own sign-in page or a read-only token you create on its site. Your password, PIN and TOTP never reach us. A linked broker adds same-day figures for that broker.

  3. Every trade reconciled

Each trade moves from provisional on the trade day to verified that evening to settled on T+1, checked against the contract note and the depository statement. Charges are itemised from the note.

  4. Every number traceable

Any figure opens to its document, page and row, the rule that was applied, and the time it was read, in IST.

One capital-gains computation. Not one per broker.

A client with three brokers gets three tax statements today, and nobody merges them correctly. TradeKhosha does: lots are matched first in, first out within each demat account, as CBDT Circular 768 sets out, and never pooled across your PAN.

  • First in, first out, per demat

Lots are kept per PAN, demat account and ISIN. A sale uses the oldest lot in the demat it left from, not the oldest anywhere.

  • Corporate actions applied

Bonuses, splits and mergers are applied by ISIN and ex-date. A merger is not read as a sale.

  • Checked against AIS, TIS and 26AS

The year's trades are matched to what the Income Tax Department holds, and the common kinds of difference are found for you.

  • Refused, never guessed

Where a tax rule has not been established against a primary source, the figure says so. It is never filled in with a default.

Not another app. The layer under yours.

Your clients hold accounts at other brokers too. Show them all of it, reconciled, and one tax computation for the year, inside your own app and under your own brand. They stay your clients, and their orders still come to you.

  • In your app, in your colours

Made to be white-labelled: your logo and your accent over one neutral base. The figures are the same whichever brand they wear.

  • Your clients stay yours

Sign-in goes through official flows, orders route back to you, and TradeKhosha never holds client money or securities.

  • What one broker cannot build

Your book shows only your book. TradeKhosha adds the client's other brokers and both depositories, the view no single broker can produce.

  • Answers your compliance team can read

The assistant explains what the engine computed and cites the record behind each sentence. It never computes a figure and never recommends a trade.

Rules built into the engine

No passwords, ever
We never ask for or keep a broker password, PIN or TOTP. Official sign-in pages and read-only tokens only.
No AI in the numbers
Every quantity, price, charge, lot and tax figure comes from a parser or a written rule. The AI explains them; it never computes one.
Every number has a source
A figure links to its document, page and row, the rule applied, and the time it was read.
Facts, not advice
We state consequences, such as “selling before credit exposes 40 shares to auction”, and never what to buy or sell.
Same inputs, same ledger
The computation is deterministic: run it twice on the same documents and the ledger is identical, byte for byte.
Nothing sold
What you give TradeKhosha is used to show you your accounts. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
